Standard Bank *****ing money from my FNB account
Std bank deducted R99.00 from my FNB account and I have no idea why. I have tried calling them on numerous occasions and every time I speak to someone they transfer me to the next *********** person that does not know how to help me. Nosipho from Customer care emailed me and simply stated that Standard Bank cannot confirm any debit orders debited from another bank. This is ridiculous, Std bank is taking my money for nothing and they are not bothered to do anything about this or take any time to find out why STD bank is taking my money for NO REASON. Pathetic
