Standard bank *****ing money from my account

On 25 March I received smses that my account has been debited for R361 by Spar for the same amount that was bought from spar last month on the 25. Then I received an sms that the money is being returned. Suddenly my account is reflecting a negative balance. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY IS STANDARD BANK TAKING MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND THEN RETURNING IT! Worst of all I am paying bankfees for their mistake and suddenly I am in a negative. I was not near Spar since I am working. I am thinking of closing my account if this continues to happen I dont feel save with my salary going into this account since money have been dissapearing. I dont have time to visit a branch since I am currently working in Zambia. Return my lost money and refund my banking fees!!!!!!!!! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!!!!! Fix my account please.
