Standard bank statements applications
Can we please discuss standard bank's decoder, strata reader. I know for sure I'm not the only one sitting with bank statements that I can't open on my emails because downloading this software is pretty impossible.
I dedicating my entire morning to try download this thing on my cellphone and laptop but I can safely say, it's just not happening. I have a windows 10 operating system, they don't have that option. I use an android cellphone three y don't have that option for download either. I don't consider myself to be that technologically challenged that I cant even download and install an application. I just think this is not user friendly at all this needs to be addressed asap.
Lastly I called the helpline and they wanted to charge me to send me pdf statement. I refused for obvious reasons and the assistant transfered my call and left me on an unaswered, unattended line for about 10 minutes. Come on.
