Standard Bank Stanger ATM SHORT PAY!!

So I recently visited an ATM in Stanger to do a cash withdrawal from STD bank. The intended amount was to be 10k. There was a short pay of R200.

Long story short they got back to me well after a week after I lodged the complaint.

Their feedback was that the ATM funds balanced. My concern is, if this was a huge amount you think we clients are going to lie to you about R200? What does this say about standard Bank and it's employees??

Did you guys really think you were to get away so easy. Yes you guys are *******!!

It's only my word and no proof to show that it was R200 short.

Probably took that money and had lunch!!
