Standard Bank-Standard Bank transferdoesnt reflect

I had an amount of R2000 paid directly into my account via EFT from another standard bank account. This money has not reflected in my account and it is now 6 hours later. I called the \prestige"desk to find out what the problem was and she proceeded to tell me that it takes a minimum of 24hours to reflect. Since when does it take a payment from the same bank to reflect in another account from the same bank. The money has been deducted off the payee's account (she sent me proof) and its not in my account - so the money is in Standard Banks account drawing interest ... bunch of *****ed cheats...done with them<br> """
