Standard bank- stand out side and suffer.

Standing outside in queue which has not moved for over 20 mins at Somerset west service centre. Have to collect a card. We are pensioners and can't stand still for hours. Why can't you deliver, as other banks do? Was told special queue for pensioners. Not. Disgrace, even allowing for situation.
