Standard bank stalling with dreaded disease cover

Got dreaded deseas cover a few years ago and had to put in a claim last year cause I got kidney cancer and they had to remove my kidney. Standard bank asked me over and over for the same documents which I myself and the urologist sent to them over and over. Its been 9 months and I still havent gotten a positive message from them. The last time I heard from them was in January.
