Standard Bank staff send armed and drunk man to threaten.

Very disappointed I have a vehicle that is up for collection by Standard Bank due to vehicle not working properly from the time purchased. Yesterday 04/03/2025 spoke to a consultant agreeing on the collecting of the vehicle. It was so shocking and scary what had occurred after me giving all my info to consultant at 9pm at my home I was confronted by a drunk armed man with documentation from Standard bank with pictures of my vehicle and no name badge or uniform demanding and shouting at me for the vehicle and keys I was alone with 3year old baby who started to cry and was afraid of how the man was behaving. The neighbours were alerted with the guys loud talking and screaming of my baby crying. The guy was confronted by some people in the neighbourhood and asked for identification he could not prove anything except that his cousin from Standard bank asked him come and collect the vehicle as soon as someone said phone the police he jumped in an unmarked vehicle that was parked few doors away from my home. It is very scary how staff from such a reputable company like Standard Bank could give out such confidential information and who collects a vehicle at that time of the night also who gave them the right to put myself and my child in danger?????
