STANDARD BANK STAFF ARE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Standard Bank staff are rude and unprofessional. I suspect it is card division,(because I have signing power on his other account) phones for my husband, who works away, and when I tell them he is not available can I help them, they put the phone down in my ear. That is very poor client service, and it hasn't happened only once it has happened three or four times, but now I am tired of it.
