STANDARD BANK STAFF ARE RUDE AND UNHELPFUL

I am in a running battle with junior staff at Standard Bank. They promise to phone back with info - but don't, and when asked for contact details of a senior manager they refuse outright to give the information. Some of them are rude to the extreme.
