Standard bank springs mall sucks

It is unfortunate that everytime one comes to the springs mall branch, there is no service rude tellers. Yoda at 2pm, bank is qued,no one at hello desk, no service consultants and people with wheel chairs even left unattended. Service consultant at hello desk has no name tag. When you ask for assistance get told people are probably on lunch or bathroom. I have been standing in teller que for over 10minutes, no movement and 1 teller working. Obviously not a service orientated bank.
