Standard bank Southgate Mall

I went to the Southgate branch and waited there for service for over an hour and a half. The staff just walks around and does other things, or they sit and have conversations instead of assisting what was a very long queue. I was at the Enquiries queue and I think I would have finished a book had I carried one because one goes there to camp, chill and relax.

Please, do something to assist people quicker because what happened there is not right.
