Standard Bank Southgate

Standard Bank Southgate i waited for about two hours to open a bank account. When i finally got to the consultant the consultant said he cant open an account for me because the issue date on my ID document and on the standard back system was different. I asked why does that matter because i lost my second ID that had the 2006 issue date. He then said i need to make a new ID,because he needs to identify me. There is a photo of me on the Standard Bank system, there is a photo of me on the ID and i am sitting in-front of him, how much more can you identify a person. I offered my Passport as well as my drivers license it was not good enough. Standard bank is the worst bank to open a bank account,
