Standard bank Southdale is the worst branch ever to exist, staff choose when they want to work.

Terrible service at this branch, no signage or reason given as to why this branch was closed today 13/05/21 at 12:25. Security guard was not able to answer my questions and did not call anyone out so that I could speak to them regarding why there was no reason as to why they were closed. It was pretty evident that staff do whatever they want to here. There were other customers inside the branch.

This branch has always been absolutely atrocious at customer service.

Were the consultants just taking a break as they did not have the courtesy to come outside and say why exactly they were supposedly closed?

Why are there now working branch numbers of Standard banks? Why is the national number only available?

BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 22 YEARS, THIS LACK OF SERVICE AND USELESS STAFF OF THIS BRANCH NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED.
