Standard Bank Sly

So my bank send me a sms saying i qualify for a payment holiday for 3 months, i phoned and apply and they never gave me the terms and conditions over the phone, they said they will send me a email, only recieved the mail 3weeks later only to see that they extend my bond term with 12 months in able to get a 3 month payment holiday, so it mean im going to pay 9 moths on a 3 month payment holiday??
