Standard Bank should take people’s concern seriously.
If it was possible I would give it a zero rating. Standard Bank is the worst bank to bank with. My mom a user for more than 20 years was ****med last year, they have been investigating it ever since. They never got back to my mom. Now her money is frozen in the account she cannot access her account. Even after multiple attempts to close her account they still not closing it.
