Standard Bank shifts the goalposts

I app**** to open a share trading account and was asked to submit a host of <br> FICA docs. Amazingly, Standard Bank would not allow me to submit the docs ata a branch but insisted the docs had to be mailed or delivered by hand to Johannesburg - a bit difficult when one is based in PE. On receipt of the docs, Standard bank now advise that they want audited financials for the trust which was not on their official list of documentary requirements they sent me. Moreover, they are now also asking for a certified copy of my ID which was included in the pack of docs sent to them.
