I'm so happy to be a Standard bank customer, I recently called their customer service center and the agent ( I feel bad for forgetting her name) was soooooooo patient and kind with me, she even went as far as telling me the alternatives of how I could resolve my issue. Big up to the call center agents who pick up and attend to our calls as clients.
