Standard bank services sucks and they don't value their clients

on Monday 4th of march, i was depositing money on a standard bank ATM in Alexandra mall when the machine went offline and retained my cash, i went in the branch and equired about the incident, i was given a reference number with a promise that the money will be deposited to the intended account within 5 days even today am still waiting, , here is the reference number ; ********** 503. when i call to inquire am told the reference number doesn't exists. i am feed up with their pathetic service.
