Standard bank service very poor

I told Std bank I will close my account becausd it is worthless. They wouldn't give me a credit card loan or overdraft, while all other banks does.

I opened a Capitec account and didn't use Standard obe anymore but still each month they charged me iver R200 in bank charges. They even charge me R65 for overdraft facility when I don't even have that facility.

I tried to close the account at the brance which was a very difficult story. I wanter to open a mymo account instead, but the app application kept being rejected I went back to branch and they said once the original account is closed I mut apply online again. I wanted to directly open the mymo but they insisted to do it online again. Again the application only went halfway and then stopped Today went back to thw branch and there is a long queue and they dont want to help. WHY AM i not allowed to open the account online? Standard bank went down with service delivery and got even worse than cell c.
