STANDARD BANK SERVICE SUCKS

My name is Rose. I had an unauthorized withdrawal. I was trying to withdraw cash at a Standard Bank ATM in Birch Acres Mall and the cash never dispensed. I called Standard Bank customer care for assistance and I was told my query is under investigation, I was given a period of 7 days. It was on the 29th of September when my money never dispensed. 7 days have passed and now they referred me to Birch Acres Mall branch where the incident happened.The lady at the inquiry department told me I wont get my money now. I was surprised because the period that they gave me of 7 days have passed. Standard Bank is not a bank I would recommend to people because they cannot assist me as a client. I am so disappointed at their service. I really demand my money back as that is my hard earned cash. I was not ****med but the ATM never dispensed my cash. I am sure when they count the money, their ATM must have an extra R2020 which was supposed to dispense. I am so disgusted with this service and demand my money back before end of this week. I have bills to pay with that money.
