Standard Bank service sucks BIG TIME

OMG - I AM SO thankful that I am with First National Bank. Standard bank service is pathetic, been struggling to get thru to thibault Square since last week Wednesday tried again today and was on the phone for almost an hour trying to get Canal Walk, Century city numbers and nothing. even got their call center to send msg to manager at Thibault last week and nothing no reply. the number just rings no one answers. Pathetic I tell you. A waste of time. The worst off all is that I don't even have an account at Standard Bank I am simply trying to get information for a friend who is travelling overseas and every day I need to inform my friend that I am not able to get hold of the bank. Told her to transfer her account, as even she is not able to get hold of anyone that can assist her properly.
