Standard Bank Service not so great
Got to the branch yesterday and it was closed. Went there to get a temporary card so that I can still use it while they order me a new card. Yes I am an idiot for loosing my card but most places are allowed to work again so why is the branches closed and WHAT must I do until I can get a replacement card? Do I now buy groceries and not put petrol in?

How can Standard bank expect clients to go into a mall to sort out their banking issues. Malls are where we will get Covid19! Both Northmead Square and Bedford Gardens branches are closed. Those are the branches I can get to. I did not make the decision to close these branches so Standard Bank should now assist me by delivering a temporary card to me. It is the least you can do
