Standard Bank service is poor

Standard bank Bronkhorstspruit has poor service. Went to the bank to cancel my accounts because every month some ***** people deduct R88 or R99 from my account. The consultant told me to open a new cheque account which I did. Last week Thursday I went and collected my card. On Saturday wanted to make some transfer using the app. It refused when I call the call centre I was informed to go to the bank since there was no limit set on my account for transfer. Went to the bank and it was too full. I asked and was told I can withdraw and swipe. I left. Sunday wanted to withdraw then the machine refused saying I have no limit. Swiped it refused too. When I call the call centre was told to go to the branch. I am stranded with no cash but with a card that is just useless. Had to call people to come pay for my petrol and other things that I wanted. Whose job is it to set limits on cards. Am I supposed to tell the consultant how to do their job proper. I am highly disappointed on this bank. It's high time I go to other banks that have proper service. It's so frustrating when you want to pay off things and you can't. This bank deserve a zero rating from me. Why have a call centre that cannot assist you with anything. This bank is useless.
