Standard bank service is pathetic

Good day.

Your service lately has been absolutely pathetic.

I called on Friday to cancel my credit card and after numerous calls I got through to your retentions department. The lady I spoke to said she had canceled my card like I requested. I asked her if she had done it about two or three times she assured me that the card was closed. I requested a letter confirming it and she said that I would get an email in 24-48hours. Today I received an sms saying that my credit card is available to to be collected. So my question is what kind of work ethics do your consultant works on. Do they lie upfront to there clients. I find it really upsetting that the people I bank with I don't even trust anymore.

I am no longer requesting assistance. I am now demanding you get it sorted out immediately. My credit card account closed. My contact number is ***.

Kindly note this I am in no mood to be fooled around again so I would expect an Effecient and effective response
