Standard Bank Service is pathetic

I moved away to competition a fews years back and so glad I did. Standard Bank are not Simple Better or Faster, I think they were but for a relatively simple transaction for in opening an Access account it's taken 4 branch visits and about 2 hours with Call Centre. So a transaction that supposed to take 48 hours took 5 working days. Very frustrating and a tense experience that I never expected a dismall service overall.364
