Standard bank service is hell. They don’t care about their clients

I’m currently banking with Standard bank.... this bank is hell. They closed other branches and you need to travel to other branches for Kilometers. Now the que is very long at mall of Africa and 1 person is working. I mean why must we suffer like this. It’s about time a person change bank.
