Standard bank service delivery not super bad
Service is shocking. I upgraded my account, my new Cheque card delivered, but not my credit card. I spent more than an hour on the phone without any success. I keep getting promises people will phone me back which they never do. They are suppose to assign me a banker which also not happened yet.
I regret upgrading my account, i should've just cancelled my account????
