Standard Bank senior managers give a damn about customer service

As per my complaint last week on Hello peter I only received an email from a Busie Moliwe and nothing after that. My complaint is still outstanding with no one from Standard Bank even bothering to call me and rectify the situation. I now see that the bank senior employees behave in this way and it is acceptable to their culture to treat clients in a bad way and not bother to resolve their queries, therefore the staff on the ground have the same attitude.
