Standard Bank Sends Financial Information of their client to a third party!!!!

Standard bank has been harassing me for nearly a year now because their client Mr Fourie, whom has a home loan has defaulted. Upon numerous attempts to have my mobile number deleted from their client's record and all the empty promises that the matter has been resolved yet I am still being harassed with texts containing Mr Fourie's account number and information relating to his home loan with standard bank. Such a violation of confidential information can cause the bank to lose it's license to operate.
