Standard Bank sending sms's for me to pay loan in advance.

Dear ADMIN at HO

Please do not send me any more of your MANY sms’s stating that my account is in arrears.

This account is NOT in arrears.

The mandate for the debit order for this loan states that the FIRST payment/debit order will be deducted on 2 March 2017—I have spoken to Tsakani at your 011- ********** contact number and also to another consultant but he does not know what is going on at Standardbank admin. Please CHECK your info on your side HO, AND!!! ....do your homework properly and you will see that I have also----of my OWN accord----already paid back R1400 (25/1/2017---R400 and again on 31/1/2017------R1000) And did the customer get an SMS for THIS payment from Standardbank to say thank you???? No—only....you must pay!!!!you are in arrears!

You can also phone Mr. Martin Sithole ((I have been to him twice about this now) at your Castle Walk branch. Admin is 100% correct on his side. He spoke to your consultant, named Tsakani, this morning as well.

Please rectify your info on this loan.

I request an immediate response as I have to now drive up and down, because HO Standardbank’s admin is not up to date.......

Regards
