Standard Bank, send me my change of ownership documentation!
I'm trying my hardest to get the Natis and Change of Ownership documentation from my Standard Bank VAF account which was settled in December, with no luck.
Apparently I'm not who I say I am due to their ****ty new security questions!
Good old Rendall left me holding the phone for 10 minutes before I decided to stop wasting money on a call which was clearly not being escalated to a team manager like I requested.
I'm the legal owner of the vehicle, I want my legal documentation!
Not a single person has tried to contact me to see where they need to send my documentation to for a month now. Not one!
