Standard Bank Security Questions

As a dual account holder for a property I am always unable to get the account details to make payments due to outdated ridiculous security questions which I truly can not remmember at all. Surely STD has a backup plan for scenarios where the other primary account holder might be disabled or unable to provide me the account payment details.
