Standard bank Secunda - complaint

I wanted to pay my beneficiaries when my eye caught small amount below R100 going off from my account. On saterday 25 July I went into the bank to query it, I got 3 months bank statements and saw all the debit orders going off. I did not request nor authorized these transactions. I immediately cancel and stop the debit orders (inside and outside the bank),I logged various calls to try and stop the orders, as this was going on for 11 months that brings it to a total of R8 249.89. I went to the bank manager (Secunda) reporting this, he just shook his shoulders told me that's not his problem, it's mine and the other parties problem. My question is who approved those transactions as it wasn't me. I went to the bank 4 x to stop these debit orders and still they went off. At desperation to stop it myself it stop every transaction 5 x to ensure it won't go off this month again, and what a surprise, Standard Bank cost me R2070 admin fee for those stop orders that I didn't even wanted. So not only the money that I lost with Auto Surgeon / theUnlimited, I also lost money from the bank, bringing it to a total off nearly R10 000.<br>
