Standard Bank - second empty promise of my refund in two days - You are a PETHATIC bank

On 28/02/2018 I wrote a review as to how poor the sevice of Standard bank is after waiting and being made promises of a refund that is more than a week due. Was phoned by a lady from Standard Bank's complaint resolution dept and after appologising for the inconvenience made me the promise that the money would DEFINATELY reflect back in my account by 01/03/2018 - guess what.......IT DOESN'T - so once again Standard bank delivers on an empty promise. I am so sick and tired of this pathetic bank! First opportunity I have to move my account to another bank I will do so and I will NEVER have anything good to say about Standard Bank! I have given them too many years of loyal client support
