Standard Bank Says Unable to Calculate Interest
I asked Standard Bank Home Loans two questions. One of these questions was completely ignored. The other question essentially said that Standard Bank does not know how to calculate interest on home loans. How does a bank mot know how to calculate interest on a loan? Can someone explain to me why Standard Bank, which is supposed to advise me and answer basic interest calculation questions, is unable to do so?
