Standard Bank sancadia

In November we went to standard bank to fica our social club account and in January i received an sms again saying we must fica again. when we get there the lady said all our documents are available but Monday she will tell the lady who helped us before to call me back it's 3 months later I didn't receive a call from standard bank in sancadia pretoria and it's not the first time they give me bad service. When I did the statement for our social club they said it will take few days but I waited the whole month
