STANDARD BANK SA - RIDICULOUSLY USELESS!

This bank is by far the most useless I have ever banked with...ridiculously useless..<br> <br> After 7 days there are still unable to clean up their own mess. I lodge a trace and collect service with them in Dec 2015...they sent me a text to confirm that the due date would be 7th Jan 2016 i.e. 10 working days after the service request..Now 14 working days in the money has not been collected even after all the info and docs have been provided, the worst is that no one can give me any answers as to where the process is...No one can resolve this...I am being moved from one consultant to the other...the branch manager is really just PA with no real authority to chase up on things...<br> <br> I know I'm just a number amongst the millions of customers they have but I am a customer who has paid for a service and it is not being delivered...<br> <br> This is what makes us WALK...Does the fact that its just a lousy R26k not warrant attention...maybe if it was billions I would receive some attention.<br> <br> Absolutely ticked off!!!
