#Standard Bank SA.

Hi everyone! Two days ago I went to a petrol station and poured petrol for R300. The petrol station was Shell Bayswater in Bloemfontein. The petrol station double charged me. I went back to the station 3 times that day and the owner Bertus refused to give me back my money and blamed my bank Standard Bank for what happened.

I phoned standard bank and I spoke to a lady and she sorted out my problem in a matter 5 minutes. The money was back in my account 10 minutes later. I want to thank Standard Bank for wanting and being able to help me. Us as clients out there tend to always complain when things go wrong and forget to acknowlege when all goes well. I want to use this platform to thank Standard Bank. I hope the lady who helped me reads this as she deserves the recognition. Thank you so much!
