STANDARD BANK'S SHADY WAYS OF ******ING CLIENTS

I recently got married and changed my last name and today I informed my banks (FNB and Standard Bank) of the change of surname.

I visited FNB Menlyn Square to inform them of my name change where I was ordered new banks for me (3 cards to be precise: 2 cards for my cheque accounts and 1 credit card), which will reflect the name change. The new cards came at no extra fee.
Thereafter, I visited Standard Bank Menlyn Square for the same and I was asked to pay a fee of R130 for the replacement of a card that I had not lost. It is necessary for me to have a replaced card was for the purposes of online shopping a some online payment system require (for safety) the name on the card to match the profile name of user.
Since I will not be able to make some payments online as a result of not having a card that reflects my new name, I would like for Standard Bank to advise on how much of my monthly banking fees are attributable to online banking / payments. Thereafter, I would like for this amount to be deducted from my monthly banking fee, since effectively I will be paying for a function that I cant use. I think it's high time I consider changing banks and cut all ties with Standard Bank.
