Standard bank`s service is shoking

I took out a loan with standard bank on the 17th of march and it was approved and said it will be paid out on the same day. Its been over a week now and i still haven`t received a cent. The first debit order was supposed to go off on the 24th of march already. Each time i try and contact anyone they say they don't know what is going on and they will get back to me and nobody ever does. I understand they having technical issues but it still shouldn't take this long. I have phoned the customer care and no help, i have phoned the branch and no help. The managers of the branch have tried to sort it out for me and get back to me but no answer. I have no idea what to do next as nobody at standard bank can help me. I'm sure if i was with any other bank it would have been sorted out a day or two after the loan was taken out or at least someone would get back to me. I am very upset and disappointed with the service from standard bank as it is really shocking. I hope someone reads this and sorts my issue out.
