Standard bank *****s from its clients

I have lost R10 300 to a Standard bank ATM trying to deposit it, only to be told that there's nothing they can do, people that are managing the ATM can't find the cash that jammed in the machine, not even a single cent.

Standard bank service continues to deteriorate and proves that this bank is the worst bank in South Africa. There's literally no level of control for the bank to protect it's clients to ensure that Third-party ATM managers conducts business ethically and in the best interest of the customers. How does Ten thousand get in the ATM and no money that doesn't reconcile is found, whereas the depositing slot never dispense cash and it typically stop function once the machine encounters such malfunction/Cash jam, i.e., the ATM stops taking the deposit completely.

If possible stay away from this bank that robs it's customers, or let other people rob their customers right under it's nose.
