Standard Bank's Disgusting Service

I'm an existing Std Bank customer and have been trying for weeks now to speak to someone in the loans dept. I've wasted my time & money on the phone with *********** but friendly people who have no clue what to do or how to help. Contact nos for the relevant dept. are wrong, the calls are dropped and there's no response from the escalation dept. If you don't need or want my support, there are still other banks who will gladly provide better service than you, Standard Bank!
