STANDARD BANK'S COMPLIANCE STAFF NEEDS TRAINING
i have a new Standardbank account, when i wanted to pay some beneficiaries this morning, it kept giving me an error..eventually i had to go in to the bank -MONTH END - compliance department BLOCKED my account because my FICA docs were not correct??? i opened this account in MAY 2015, gave ALL the FICA docs, i mean really they cant open an acc if u dont submit it, the person at the branch told me this morning all my FICA docs are in order. who gives compliance the right to just block my account, do they even know what they are doing, shame on u
