Standard Bank's arrogance

I deposited R700 000 towards my bond account in 2015, and Standard Bank does not want to give me a refund of R100 000. Apparently, I have to apply for a new loan despite the fact that I have a massive credit on my 20-year bond account. This is absolutely shocking and abuse of power. It is extremely annoying. In fact, this is a violation of the contract. Initially, I was told I must submit proof of payment and payment will be done in 3 days. I waited for a week to get proof of payment from Standard Bank (my current account). Why am I being denied access to my own money. Why should I apply for my own money? I do not want a loan. Where is it stipulated in our contract that if I deposit money, I would have to apply for a loan to get access to my own funds.
