Standard bank runs for funeral claim so beware of them

Standard bank is running to pay for the funeral of my nephew but they were taking the money every month but now they say they can't bury him because they were not taking the money from the account but the bank statements shows that they were taking it and it we call them they are saying they will call us we must stop calling untill they call us its 26 days now so its clear they are running so if you stll thing to join standard bank you must think again
