Standard Bank Runing my reputation

i have been a client of standard bank for years, i recently signed up for a merchant account for my new online store. However i am having problems, funds are not being cleared!!!! customers are not sure if my website is legit yet as i am new.... and standard bank is making it even more difficult...... I have orders that are waiting to be sent out!!!!!!!!!! i have tried calling your merchant call centre, over 30mins, call never got answered!!!!! Standard Bank is costing me my reputation and money!!!! I need answers
