Standard bank ruins credit score
I would like to log a formal complaint against Standard bank. Several weeks ago there was a "glitch" in their system and they listed a paid up loan as unpaid. I contacted them and they rectified the error on their side. The problem is that now my credit score reflects a missed payment and my credit score has dropped significantly. How are Standard bank going to fix this?
