Standard bank ruining us financially

I P.S.Kisten, I'D number ***, Had a Bond with Standard Bank. On 15 November 2014 I went to my Standard Bank branch in Richards bay to pay my bond installment which I normally do every month. When I reached the counter I told the consultant I came to make payment for my bond. The female consultant (I think her name was Pam not sure though) asked for my ID number and punched it into the system and told me my bond account is closed and that I have no home loan with standard Bank. I told her that that would be impossible as I still owe quite a substantial amount on my bond. She punched in my ID number again, all my banking details came up but no bond. She insisted I don't have a bond with Standard Bank. I told her there must be some kind of mistake to please check with the manager as my bond account is not closed. She phoned head office and they confirmed with her that I do not have a bond. She told me well head office confirms your bond account is paid off and she can't accept payment. She said however it happened it happened and maybe somebody paid it off. Got no response frm std bank. After a year they claiming the bond with arrears and is auctioning my house. Please help.
