Standard bank ruining my life

The worst service ever ,you owe them it’s bad ,you pay them and you remain indebted to them.I had a credit card with them for the longest time.Had financial issues and they took me to their attorneys .I paid and settled the account around September 2022 .I have been trying to get standard bank remove the debt so I can improve my credit but in vain.I still appear as owing them and in arrears.I have a paid up letter dated the 31st January 2023 which I’ve sent with a query on Clearscore it didn’t help.I’ve emailed it to Standard bank directly still didn’t help ,I just need TO KNOW WHAT DOES STANDARD BANK WANT FROM ME?I know that I want my name cleared bcos I don’t owe them.it’s almost 12 months that the debt was PAID UP
